Tough topic to tackle and I think you did a great job. All I ever wanted was to be a father and I, for sure, rushed my way into it. I think this showed more in my marriage and divorce than in my parenting experience. I should have waited, but selfishly I wanted to be a dad. And yeah, I don’t regret it either, but it would be a lot better if I had waited longer and for the right person. Divorce happens, but my will to get married and have kids pushed me to move too quickly.
