Thanks for the follow-up. The follow was invented as a back pat, it just quickly transitioned into a tool for soft egos and flaggelation. If you remove the hypocrisy of the Internet, a follow should be because you want to follow what someone does or says. In the modern world, especially with modern creatives, it’s a mechanism of self-worth that is vapid and vacant. IMO of course.
