and underwhelmed with
the state of my very being
My indifference is irreverent
and my feelings irrelevant
as I stare into space stoicly
Words are noise while
noise becomes anti-silence
as I sleep through it all
Inside I feel nothing
a gaping hole, a scar,

Remnants of time lost
